Hosted by US chatshow host Jimmy Kimmel, he was seen virtually conversing with Rachel Green actress Jennifer Aniston when two of her closest pals joined in.
“Oh! Courteney Cox,” pointed out Jimmy as the Monica Geller star appeared. “Courteney’s there?”
“Of course I’m here,” Courteney noted. “We live together.”
“Uh yeah… we’ve been roommates since 1994, Jimmy,” joked Jennifer.
Just when you thought things couldn’t get any better, Phoebe Buffay’s Lisa Kudrow walked up to the camera, saying: “Oh, is this live TV?” “Unbelievable!”
“Lisa Kudrow, you live there too?” asked the host, before she replied: “Where else would I live?”
Ozark and Arrested Development actor Jason Bateman even cameoed for a moment, with the Friends trio joking that he lives with them until he “goes off to college”.
Previously, Friends boss Marta Kauffman opened up on the fiercely-anticipated reunion show for HBO Max.
“We all want it to happen. We just have to wait until it is safe,” she said, referencing the COVID-19 pandemic. “This is a show that is not scripted, but this is the way the show works – we are going to need a live audience.
“Even if we socially distance that live audience, it really is a huge part of what Friends is… We can not do it without them. Everyone is all in and we are just waiting for that time when it feels connected to bring in a live audience.”
