Christian Eriksen Names The Biggest Difference At Inter Milan After Leaving Tottenham

Christian Eriksen believes his limited game time with Inter Milan has been the biggest adjustment as he adapts to live away from Tottenham.

The Danish midfielder joined Spurs from Ajax in 2013 and became a fan favourite during his time in North London.

When Eriksen was sold to Inter earlier this year he was in the final months of his Spurs deal, and it was hailed as a good move for all parties.

Speaking after Denmark’s 1-0 win against England, during which Eriksen converted the winning penalty, he confirmed his lack of playing time at Inter is the biggest difference between his current and former club.

“I’m happy to come back every time because I play here and I’m happy. Of course, as everyone knows, many things have changed,” he explained.

“I don’t play as much as I did at Tottenham, but nothing has changed. I’m excited when I come to the national team, no matter which club I play in.”
