Falcao Will Leave Galatasaray In January

According to the Turkish daily ‘Hurriyet’, Radamel Falcao is said to have arranged an amicable exit from Galatasaray in January because of the club’s problems in paying his salary. His fate is in doubt, but David Beckham’s Inter Miami has already shown its interest.

Radamel Falcao’s time at Galatasaray is reportedly close to ending because of the economic problems of the club. This Saturday, the newspaper ‘Hurriyet’ reports that the Turks are having difficulty paying his salary.

Falcao costs the club around five million euros per year and has a contract until the end of the season, although this includes an option to extend it by another one. However, the player reportedly agreed to end the contract in January.

In addition, we must remember that the 34-year-old striker reportedly already accepted a 15% salary cut along with the rest of his teammates in recent months, due to the crisis affecting football because of the pandemic.

The aforementioned media explains that the Colombian has reached a friendly agreement with the management of Galatasaray to leave during the next winter market, as the club could not pay his salary until the end of the season.

And in view of this, there are already some who are very attentive to his situation. Inter Miami, are reportedly interested in his transfer. In Turkey it has been reported that David Beckham already reportedly enquired about the striker.
