No one from the Welsh delegation has revealed what Gareth Bale was watching on his computer, although interim coach Rob Page (Giggs is out of the picture for allegedly assaulting his partner) played down the importance in the press room.
“I don’t know what the players do when they’re off the team,” said Page, who added: “Bale is here and he’s been brilliant all week. He was in the locker room before the game making sure everyone was out there focused”.
“He’s coming in more fit than ever. He’s been working week in, week out and we’re going to be able to benefit from that,” insisted the interim coach, who said he gave Bale a break so he’d be 100 percent fit on Sunday against Ireland.
